The Directorate for Development and Projects is responsible for the formulation of R&D&I strategies, the preparation of organisational development concepts, the planning, implementation and maintenance of the projects, and the coordination of knowledge and technology transfer activities at institutional level.

The Directorate for Development and Projects assists in the submission of proposals initiated by other departments. The Directorate coordinates the general, legal and financial control of the projects.
